What is a certified nurse anesthetist and what is the difference between it and a doctor Anestigiologist?

I would what is a certified nurse anesthetist is. Also I would like to know the difference between a registered nurse anesthetist, certified line and a doctor Anestigiologist? I want to know the advantages and disadvantages, good and bad sides of being a CRNA. Some people say that the work is hard and stressful because you have a lot to be responsible.
