College Job?

How do people find employment in the college, they will be attending? Say you live 2 hours from college you will be going to, how can you find a job before you quit and start attending college?

Many schools have an office of student employment on campus, where you can get jobs in the campus dining halls, gymnasium, answering the phone at the office of admissions / alumni relations, or as porters in the dormitories. Once I was settled with classes, I have contacted my office hires students and earned a decent wage job at a cafeteria which is very close my dorm – so I do not have to walk far to get home after my shift. Contact your school to see what kind of positions for which they Hiring. If you need to have a job right away, what kind of job you want. For example, did you experience in restaurants and you want to continue on this path? Google restaurants in the area and call them and tell them you will soon be a student and ask them if they want see your resume. Make sure to focus on school first and foremost. Good luck!
