What are the best companies in terms of job entry?

I got a marketing degree and am looking for best company in terms of job entry. I am not particularly dying to make sales, but I will if a good job is in place. Any recommendations? Thank you!

Keep this new grad and passion to succeed with determination so that you can go somewhere more important after 2-4 years. Do not take more than a concert of sale if you are not passionate about it, because it is very difficult to be successful to him if you're not absolutely certain, resolute, and committed to success.
