What is the district manager for compesation to Primeirica? Salary plus commission or commission only?

I had a job interview for the post of chief district Primeirica. I would like to know the remuneration of the post. I asked the recruiter about it. And he said there are lots of things and we will go through during the interview. But I do not want to work for the post that doesn't have to pay. If they do not pay, I will cancel the interview. Primerica only works on commission. No salary. You do not "get hired" in itself. You go to a meeting. Decide if you want to join. Fee refund once they have you made your first training sessions little. You compile a list of people you know. Talk to them. If they buy insurance you make a profit.
