California State job is a dangerous thing to find nowadays?

I know the governor issued the executive order which will walk or reduce many state employees' work. However, looking at ads for vacant state agencies of California " it seems that there are still openings for FT …. Is this just their way of functioning. Anyone who knows the danger behind California Current employment status today? Do such hazards impact on employment in the counties and municipalities in California?

I think the State of California Employment is still a very desirable thing. The union is very powerful, and probably any layoff, if ever there must be, will be limited in scope. Moreover, I hear the benefits are very, very good – much better than the private sector. Go ahead, if you have the chance.
