The workplace has a huge effect on your attitude. Even if you arrive in good humor, a work environment of poor quality, you will quickly slip down, you take away your positive energy and productivity.

Here are 3 little things that leads you and you co-workers down, and how correct:

Clutter and Disorder – If you're not organized, then frustration sets in. Clear your desk and put everything in its place before leaving each day. You start the next day without having to hunt for anything you were working on yesterday. Try it before your lunch break too. Little time spent cleaning your workspace will be less stress and stay productive. Have a small space to work? Shelving and folders on the File wall can make a huge difference.

Complain – Everyone has something to complain, especially at work, but never complaining resolved a problem. Be proactive. Look for solutions. Having a colleague or boss grumpy? Do not pity them. You will be that more negativity. Instead thinking about them and what could be what makes them so negative. Try to make their day with a positive thought or act further. Same if they stop complaining ever remember it has nothing to do with you. Do not let them drag you down.

Office Gossip – Gossip will destroy team atmosphere of any office success. So how do you stop? When someone gossips with you other colleagues, you need to act. Tell them directly "I do not want to hear gossip about coworkers. If it's too aggressive you simply change the subject. Soon they will learn that to get your attention they have to keep the conversation positive. What you do, do not neglect it. If you ignore the gossip, backbiting think that you are not accepted.
