The possibility of working at home is very coveted. Especially among mothers who want to be home with their children. My mother's experience to help entrepreneurs build their business has taught me that there are common traits that help moms become successful as they trying to start a home business. All 7 of them must have features. You can not be successful without them.
Discipline – It's the ability to get a control and monitoring. The success of mothers who work from home, work many hours. They work all night during my vacation, even while sitting in the carpool lines.
Take risks – There are no guarantees of activity (or life). To succeed, you acknowledge and continue anyway.
Expertise – The ability to get along with people, willingness to please, without sacrifice, practice patience and listening carefully.
Confidence – You must believe in yourself even when others do not. Support from family and friends are nice but your biggest support you should be.
Motivation – You must be an independent and driven. Your decision to work at home should have an emotional / internal impulse that you is charged and go forward, even when money and customers are not available.
Administrative powers – Ability to organize, plan, Schedule, calculate and communicate effectively.
Flexible – Ability to start (the day project, a business) with your ideas and plans still make adjustments along the road. You should feel comfortable making decisions and care, but you must also know when to sit, listen and follow the current.
Multi-tasking – The work home means answering two phones, juggling between work and home schedules, which sometimes tends to children and customers both. This must be done with peace and quiet fast.
