I run skillect.com – new IT job site focusing on the work contract. How can I best get traffic to it?

I want to be able to get IT jobs www.skillect.com quickly – in particular recruitment agencies and IT companies. As part of a promotion pre-launch, we offer free job postings on the site for a limited period. At the moment I'm the only one working on this project and I'm trouble market and promote the site as other sites would be large. I would really appreciate some help on how I could get business / agencies.
