Many people in Africa want to start a business and it is difficult to find a company that is easy to do and does not cost much to start. I propose we make possible a very low cost washing push mobile carts that could be used to clean cars and also used for cleaning. Washing carts could be manufactured with a water tank in plastic, which helps 50-60 gallons of water and have a very cheap cleaner high pressure on it that was durable and had little or no maintenance work.
