Once I got a degree in aeronautical Will I be qualified to apply for jobs @ Airlines

I want whether after the end of my bacheros or masters degree in Aeronautical Science Will I have the qualifications to apply for jobs with airlines as a pilot? or should I go and get more training in some flight school? Please answer! Thank you!

You need a number of flying hours in total and in aircraft turbine.
