People move from job to job all the time these days. In fact, the work seems to be jumping more popular than ever. This has become a huge problem for many companies because they are found increasingly difficult to retain key employees. Next you can expect to find a section on termination. We do not think about this but it is good to be spelled out before hand in your contract exactly what circumstances will lead you to your termination. It will probably also discuss how you yourself can terminate your employment contract, making it a very important section.

Expect another section on redundancy payments. Would you like to receive a golden parachute if you're fired? Under what circumstances these things happen?

You should also find a provision which deals with disability exactly what happens if you are unable to continue your employment due to disability, and what works and what does not constitute a breach of contract when it comes to disability.

Finally expect a clause which deals with perks. Would you like to receive an expense account? What about a limousine or joining a club? You must sign a non-compete or an arbitration clause? Does the company buys your old home to make you move? These are things that fall under the category benefits.
