How can you get jobs dancing in Los Angeles?

I moved to Los Angeles in the fall to go to school and try to become an actress. I know how to get an acting agent works, but it is the same for the dance? For jobs such as dance tour with musicians, music videos, ect, do you get an agent as an actor? Could it be the same agent, or one specifically for dance? Or do you just audition? Does anyone know any good agents in Los Angeles?
