How difficult is it to find jobs related to technology, Vancouver, British Columbia?

I want to move to Vancouver British Columbia next year with my husband who is in the technical field. He is currently an analyst Configuration Setup and earn money unbelievable. How difficult would it be for him to find a similar position tech in Vancouver that pays well? Is there a wide range of tech jobs available open? How is the market there are high tech jobs? I've done research with various job posting websites. If someone is in the or similar technical field and lives and works in Vancouver BC can answer-I had to be great!
