Are there real work at home jobs out there for MS disabled?

Are there real work at jobs home there for MS disabled? I was recently diagnosed with MS and can not return to the office because I do not preform my normal duties at the moment. Are there real work at home jobs there or are they all the gimmicks, I have 5 children that I still need help? Thank you You In Advance
