Where to find jobs in Springfield, MO?

My husband and I moved to Springfield about 2 months ago. He has seven more crimes years and no GED or HS diploma. He finds it very difficult to find work or when it applies when the employer intends he has a record, they do not want to even look at his request. I need some resources places they can go and find a job. If you Please, any help.

The best thing your husband could do is go over the counter and register for GED classes. They are free, and it will be much easier to find a job if he will.
