Most people I talk to are looking for a new job have searched for at least two months. When I ask them what techniques, tactics, resources and professional help they used, there is usually a long pause.

Most executives consider campaign seeking jobs in the act of sitting at a computer for more than 4 hours per day to complete online applications.
