Transferred to work in New Jersey, PA and NJ tax deductions?

I just moved to PA and work in the New Jersey. My employer told me that they will still deduct for NJ, but not as much as PA has a smaller amount they go out of state. My question is about my taxes do I file for NJ or PA, or both?

PA and NJ have a reciprocal agreement, where residents of one are required to have anticipated, pay taxes and file a statement with their home state. If they are withholding taxes NJ, you must file a tax return to get reimbursed NJ. While PA has an average rate lower than NJ, you'll most likely to file a statement from your borough or township in the PA in addition to the return of the state (only a handful of municipalities do not have a local income tax). NJ is not your employer must refuse it and you end up paying it come April.
