Sales Force?

Hello all, I am myself a new job that end up in management. However, before I have to be trained in the sale so that I'm sure all products offered, etc. The whole aspect of sales is worrisome because I slighty its newest but I know I have to start somewhere! I was wondering if anyone has any advice? Thank you!
