Managers want to meet the needs of their employees to be satisfied with their wages, hours, and the level of flexibility. Managers strive for employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction but employee engagement equal?

Consider Connie. She is an employee factory which is satisfied with his work. His work, stable employment.
