Has anyone taken jobs in social work requiring the transportation of children or adults?

I have seen jobs social work limited and they all require social workers to feel comfortable enough for transporting children or the elderly. in some agencies, it is even said being bilingual. The bilingual is not serious to me, Spanish is not so difficult to collect and understand. its just the very notion transporting children or adults of different areas! sounds scary to people carrying together. but I guess that's something that I do Since I want to work on the ground in. provided that the shipment of all, I would really schizophrenic patients freak, they will be tied to their chairs good!
