How can a student earn in part time jobs in Sydney? That is a place in Sydney to win and learning?

I am from India, I want to know how much a student can earn in part time jobs in Sydney-Australia? I plan to continue my pg education in Sydney, but I want to know how good a place Sydney is when it comes to earning and what kind of part-time jobs are available? Everything the world please help me by answering my concern …… thank u sooooo much!

G'day, Please note that the answerers above are strictly for Australians, and not for international students though. As a student abroad Australia you can apply for work permit once you arrive in Australia. You can do the work of Max 20h/week during the study period, and full time during vacations. Therefore, as you can see, you can not win a lot and you will not be able to rely on returned to Australia to support yourself. The settlement is for international students to focus more on completing their studies instead of thinking Abt study and work. Please do not misunderstand. This does not bother me that you come to Australia at all, but please, if Please, please budget yourself carefully. I saw many of my fellow international students must return to their home county halfway b'cos lack of funds. Sydney is the largest city in Australia and Dun So I think there will be a problem to get a job part time there. Sometimes, even the universities will be able to help you find one. The only drawback is b'cos it is the largest city, So the cost of living is also higher, so you must also think Abt. Most of the time casual jobs pay between $ 15 – $ 20/hr Gross. Hope this helps. Good luck in your studies and welcome to Australia:)
