As a personal trainer trained in specialized procedures, how can I be able to work with medical insurance claims?

As a personal trainer, I have not the capacity to insurance companies for Bill specialized type of training I offer. I thought to take this approach to spinal specialists and physical therapy centers. Before interviewing doctors physical therapy centers, I would like to know what type of billing code, they could use, so they can receive compensation for my efforts, making it more attractive for them to embrace the work I do.
